Anthropology Minor
Anthropology is the study of humanity. It seeks to address such issues as where humans came from, who our immediate and remote ancestors were, how humans behave, and how the evolutionary course of humanity affects modern human societies. Anthropology is traditionally broken into four sub-fields: cultural anthropology, biological anthropology, archeology, and linguistics. The minor in anthropology provides students the opportunity to study the field in an organized fashion and complete coursework in each of the four fields.
You must earn a minimum grade of “C” in all courses taken in the minor. No more than nine (9) credit hours may double count between the anthropology minor and your major.
