EDEC 3287 - Matching Books and Readers

Credits: 3
This course will explore the knowledge and skills in how to match leveled books to young readers, how to use levelled books to teach reading, and how to assess reader’s reading ability through leveled books.  The course will expose students to a large collection of leveled books. Prereq: EDEC 1150, EDEC 2255, EDEC 2283, EDUC 1115, ARTP 2801, and Admission in Teacher Ed - Level 2 Coreq: EDEC 2285
