BULA 2630 - Intro to Contracts/Restitution

Credits: 3
An introduction to the law of contracts and restitution. The students apply the concepts presented to analyze contracts and to examine various legal issues that arise in contractual situations. Case law is examined to demonstrate the manner in which courts have interpreted contract law. Coreq: BULA 1010 Course/Lab Fee $
