BIOL 4270 - Plant Physiology

Credits: 4
Course provides experience observing and experimenting with the major physiologic activities of vascular plants including metabolism, soil and water relations, mineral nutrition, transpiration, control of embryogenesis, germination, hormonal regulation of seedling and mature plant growth (vegetative and reproductive), plant defenses against herbivory and disease, and senescence. Prereq: BIOL 2250 or BIOL 3270 lecture hours 2 lab hours 4 Course/Lab Fee $
