BUMG 6200 - Innovation and Leadership

Examines current practices and trends in management, including human resources and organizational behavior, to enable students to become effective managers within modern business organizations. Provides students with context and background for leadership from multiple perspectives. Discussion of the future of leadership and adapting the organization to how demographics, employment, diversity, political and social climates impact the ever-changing business environment.
