OTD 7007 - Cultural Competency for Occupation-Based Practice

In-depth analysis of culture and occupation. Exploration of health disparities, and culturally informed occupation-based strategies and programs to promote health and participation. Application of ethical considerations related to health and wellness needs of those experiencing, or at risk of, occupational injustice.

Prereq: Admission to the OTD Program, and completion of the 3rd semester OTD course sequence.
