PTAT 2232 - Neurology and Rehabilitation Concepts

Credits: 3
An introduction to the central, autonomic, and peripheral systems as they relate to physical therapy and neurological dysfunctions related to gait, neuromuscular reeduation, home programs, and activities of daily living.  Emphasizes applied conceptual knowledge and technical competency to prepare students for direct interventions in the accompanying lab course PTAT 2233.  Data collection and standard documentation to support safe and legal care.Prereq: PTAT 1114, and Admission to PTA Program.3 lecture hours $
