MOT 6631 - Advanced Study in the Role of Culture in Occupational Therapy

A review of the concepts and constructs of culture as studied and analyzed in relation to the experience of health and illness and the profession of occupational therapy. Students develop advanced skills in cultural competence for professional practice and examine the role of culture in occupation and its relevance to the occupational therapy process (Arranged)Prereq: Admission in the MOT Program.
