Focuses on microprocessor architectures. Topics include: busses, timing, memory systems, and decoding. Also covered are techniques for interfacing MSI, LSI, and VLSI chips to system busses. Lab emphasis is on building a microprocessor based system.Prereq: ETEC 23112 lecture hours 3 lab hours $
