The Computed Tomography Certificate curriculum prepares the students for careers in Computed Tomography and to work under the supervision of a medical radiologist or other physician in a health care facility. The CT technologist is responsible for producing computed tomography examinations that exhibit the highest optimal quality with the lowest radiation dose to the patient as possible.

Upon completion of the certificate program, the student will be eligible to apply for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Computed Tomography registering examination.
