ETPL 6400 - Polymer Composite MaterialThis course offers an overview of the applications and uses of polymeric composite materials putting the subject in the context of the needs and advancements of the industry. The course is directed at providing students industrial professionals and opportunity to become familiar with how plastic composite materials are used in several areas of engineering research and product design across multiple industries. Topics include mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties of thermoplastics, thermosets, and fibers reinforcement plastic composite materials.
