ADNR 2130 - Nursing Care of the Childbearing Family

This course prepares the Associate Degree of Nursing (ADN) student to apply clinical judgment to the care of the childbearing woman throughout the lifespan and the newborn. Nursing interventions and technology needed to provide family-centered nursing in low and high-risk situations are introduced. Application of knowledge and skills occurs in the laboratory and clinical settings.
