ADNR 1160 - Fundamentals of NursingThis course prepares students entering the Associate Degree Nursing Program (ADN) to provide nursing care to individuals across the lifespan, while providing a foundation for subsequent nursing courses. Students will apply Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) competencies of patient centered care, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety, and informatics. Application of knowledge and skills occurs in the nursing skills laboratory and the clinical setting.
