EDDB 6501 - Characteristics, Issues, and Trends in Education of Learners with Deafblindness

This course will address the history, issues, and trends in the field of Deafblindness. Topics include the etiology and characteristics of learners who are Deafblind, the impact on learner development, access to the learning environment and family dynamics.
