MSNR 5345 - Financial Resource Management in Healthcare Administration

This course focuses on budgetary practices and fiscal management in public and nonprofit health care organizations. Emphasis is placed on the healthcare leader’s role in budget preparation, reimbursement, cost-benefit analysis, management of the labor force within budget parameters, and appropriate use of equipment and supplies. Students will examine best practices for financial management to achieve organizational fiscal goals
