MSNR 5245 - Human Resources in Healthcare Systems

This course examines strategies that promote workforce performance that is continuously aligned with organizational goals. Emphasis is placed on practical approaches to ensure organizations meet ethical and legal requirements in the workforce. Personnel policies, hiring practices, employee development, labor management relations, and organizational leadership in healthcare organizations are explored.
