BUMG 6100 - Regulation & Ethics in Business

Study of legal and ethical concepts that influence and guide business activity in the United States. Examination of legal principles relating to business transactions with attention to current legal issues and trends and applications to managerial decision making. Analysis of ethical dilemmas in business and the interplay between law and ethics in resolving those dilemmas.
