MATH 1200A - College Algebra PlusCourse Description
This course is a college algebra course designed for students who are in need of some intermediate algebra remediation. This course is a study of function represented numerically, graphically, and symbolically. Students learn the basic properties of linear, polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions. Topics also include conditionally defined functions and operations on functions. Students learn to use functions and their graphs as tools for modeling. Students cannot receive credit for both MATH1200 and MATH1200A.
