BIOL 3250 - Spring Floral Taxonomy

An introduction to the identification of herbaceous and woody plants that flower in the time span of mid-March to May in the east-central United States. In addition to species recognition, major emphasis will be placed on helping students develop the ability to recognize and apply plant family characteristics through keying.
