ENGL 1102 - Discourse and Composition (B)An accelerated introduction to college composition. Students practice responding appropriately to different types of rhetorical situations, writing in various genres, and critiquing discourse. Students will be required to conduct scholarly research and document their work in appropriate formats.
Note: HONORS SECTION: An enhanced introduction to college composition. Students are required to actively participate in class discussions of original readings relevant to the goals of the course.
