EDIS 4283 - Inter-Prof/Parent CollaborationCollaborative strategies in working with individuals with exceptional learning needs, parents, school and community personnel, and intra- and interagency relationships are examined to include benefits, processes, and problem solving techniques and respect for cultural and linguistic diversity, noting how this is addressed in various learning environments. The emphasis is on the importance of communication, teaming, monitoring, and periodic review of the prescribed individual program.
