EDIS 2250 - Exceptional Learning Needs (ELN)This is a survey course covering the identification, developmental characteristics, and intervention strategies for exceptional children and youth across educational and community settings. Course activities make inquiry the norm, problem-solving the focus, and critical thinking the process, as teacher candidates locate, evaluate, and effectively use data to become “informationally literate” life long learners.
Note: 22 field/lab hours required.
