STAT 1800 - Business StatisticsThis course introduces students to statistical methods by focusing on statistics and its applications from a business perspective. Statistical literacy and the development of statistical thinking using real data are emphasized. Topics include: organizing and summarizing categorical and quantitative data using descriptive and graphical methods, estimation, and hypothesis testing. The course will implement the use of technology as a catalyst for critical thinking.
