STAT 1150 - Principles of StatisticsIntroduction to the vocabulary, concepts, and presentation of statistics as applied to business, education, and science. Topics include: exploring data and describing patterns, sampling and experimentation, planning and conducting a study, normal and sampling distributions, regression analysis, and statistical inference. The course will implement the use of technology as a catalyst for critical thinking.
