MATH 6610 - Quantitative Methods IThis course will introduce students to multivariate statistical techniques and methods that may be used in education research. The focus of the class will be on conducting, interpreting, and presenting the results for common multivariate statistical procedures such as t-tests, independent and dependent two-sample t-tests, chi-square tests of independence and goodness of fit, ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, ANCOVA, and repeated measures ANOVA. Non-parametric techniques, such as Wilcoxin signed ranked test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Friedman’s ANOVA are also presented.
