MOT 6630 - Adv Studies in Health/WellnessA review of the concepts and constructs of wellness and health promotion as studied and analyzed in relation to one’s self, the profession of occupational therapy, and the public’s health. Students integrate a theory within occupational therapy and models of community health promotion and wellness with the objectives of Healthy People 2010, in order to apply wellness and health promotion principles and strategies to one’s own life and a target population within the community.
