GEOL 4206 - Structural Geology/Tectonics

Credits: 4
Study of the principles and causes of deformation of the Earth’s lithosphere. Recognition and analysis of primary and secondary structural features and their bearing on theories concerned with the origin and development of major landscape features, continents, and ocean basins. Prereq: GEOL 2204, GEOL 3205, and MATH 1200 or higher 3 lecture hours 2 lab hours $
