A grade of “C” or higher is required in this component. Special Notes:
- Completion of PRAXIS I or ACT tests with sufficient scores is required prior to taking any education courses EDUC 1115 or higher. See the Department of Teacher Education for further details on test score requirements.
- The Social Science component and three hours of the Non-Western Cultural Perspectives component of the GEP are satisfied by the requirements of this degree. PSYC 1101 and PHIL 3320 are required in the GEP for the major.
- EDUC 2230, 2240, 2245, 2248, and EDIS 2250 should be taken prior to or with EDAE 3285.
