EDHI 6406 - The Dual Sensory Impaired/Intense Needs of Deaf or Hard of Hearing Students

This course will focus on the design/modification of language-rich learning environments that maximize opportunities for individuals with multi-modality developmental and learning needs including children and adolescents identified as Deaf-Blind. Candidates will learn to differentiate and adapt instruction, including curricula in the areas of academics and self-determination to promote independence.
