BUMG 4100 - Organizational BehaviorPrinciples for managing the performance of individuals and groups in organizations; introduction to organizational behavior theory and its application to staffing, training, compensation, and appraisal. Students will learn how to use analytical skills to diagnose problems in organizations, assess strengths and weaknesses, and generate effective management solutions to problems so as to maximize the performance and well-being of employees, teams, and the organization.
