SSSM 3300 - Sport and Society

Designed to investigate the role physical education and sports play in the lives of individuals, societies, and countries. Considers the context of sport, focusing on the meaning of what happens in sport, where sport fits–or does not fit–into society and why. Required course for Sport Management majors. Prereq: SSSM 2000 and Sophomore standing.
