BIOL 4760 - Diagnostic Microbiology

A study of the morphological, cultural, biochemical, and serological characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms with an emphasis on virulence factors and host-pathogen interaction. Will include a study of the structure, replication strategies, pathogenesis, epidemiology, and control of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Prereq: BIOL 3750 lecture hours 3 lab hours 3 Course/Lab Fee $
