HIST 3400 - History of HinduismCredits: 3
This course surveys the five thousand year history of Hinduism, basic teachings, cultural geography. It addresses the philosophical and theological aspects of Hinduism, from the Vedas to the Modern Vedanta and Hinduism. The cultural aspects of Hinduism, represented through artistic expressions in art and architecture of the temples, dance, drama and literature is also analyzed. Prereq: ENGL 1105 lecture hours 3
