COMM 3185 - Internship in Communications

Credits: 1-4
Out-of-classroom work experience under the supervision of an English/Humanities Communication faculty member and the on-site supervisor.  The work assignment must be related to communication and may be conducted within a campus department, or within a business or industry, the public or private sector, or state, federal or local government.  Level of course credit is based on the scope and responsibilities of the internship. Prereq: English/Humanities majors with sophomore, junior, or senior standing; and instructor permission.
